How wholesale supply works
We supply products to businesses, not individual consumers. There is no online checkout and no public price list. Instead, you send us the products and quantities you need, and we reply with a quotation prepared for your order.
Quotations depend on the products you select, the quantities, the delivery destination, and the commercial terms we agree. That is why prices are not shown on the website.
The minimum order is 200 cartons in total, which can be any mix of products and brands, or at least 3 pallets. Case configurations, lead times and payment terms are confirmed for each enquiry and may differ by product and destination.
An enquiry is a request for a quotation, not a purchase. Nothing is ordered until you accept a written quotation and the terms are agreed.

How do wholesale enquiries work?
Browse the catalogue, add the products you are interested in to your enquiry list, and set an indicative quantity for each. Then submit the list with your business details and delivery destination. Our team reviews availability and commercial terms and contacts you with a quotation.
How do I request a quotation?
Add products to your enquiry list from any product or brand page, then open the enquiry list and submit it with your company details. If you are not yet sure which products you need, use the trade enquiry form on the Wholesale page to describe your requirements instead.
Are product prices shown on the website?
No. Wholesale prices depend on the products selected, quantities, delivery destination and commercial terms, so they are provided in a quotation rather than published online.
What quantity information should I provide?
Give a quantity for each product in cartons (the manufacturer’s outer carton) or pallets and, if relevant, your estimated monthly or recurring requirement. Quantities in an enquiry are not a commitment to buy; they help us prepare an accurate quotation.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is 200 cartons in total per order, or at least 3 pallets when ordering by the pallet. You can make up the carton total with any mix of products from our six brands, for example 100 cartons of one product and 100 of another.
Is submitting an enquiry a purchase order?
No. An enquiry is a request for information and a quotation. No order or contract exists until a quotation has been issued and both parties have agreed terms in writing.
